Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 We require 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellations or rescheduling either by making a courtesy call to the office or via a message in the patient portal to the clinic staff.  Failure to do so will result in a fee that will be collected at the next office visit.  For follow up visits, the cancellation or rescheduling fee is $75 (the equivalent cost of a follow up visit).  For new patient visits which is 1 hour, the cancellation or rescheduling fee is $150 (the equivalent cost of a new patient visit).
